| The geographic and industry diversity of UFCW Local 4 has provided the UFCW Local 4 membership a very unique and significant base which has translated into enormous strength and solidarity as a labor union operating in Montana. |
| Membership involvement and participation is a high priority at UFCW Local 4. Quarterly Membership meetings are held throughout the state. They are usually in the morning or evenings which allows opportunities for participation and education about the Union. |
